This is a small, independent community website run by WalthamForest Living. I only collect what’s needed to reply to you, and I never sell your information.
If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, the topic you chose and your message. Nothing else is collected through the form.
Only to reply to your message and, if relevant, to follow up about the project you asked about. Your details are not added to any mailing list without your permission.
Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and then deleted, usually within 12 months.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and maps from OpenStreetMap, which may receive your IP address when those load. If you follow a referral link to Octopus Energy, their own privacy policy applies on their website.
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or object to how it is used. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
